Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Plumbing Technician to anchor the utility engine of our Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of urban infrastructure, success is defined by "Hydraulic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex piping networks with the clinical precision required for Water Treatment, Sewage Management, and Preventive Maintenance. This role is designed for a "System Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Mechanical Grit" (installing PVC, PPR, and Galvanized steel pipes) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage chemical dosing and water quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Network Orchestration & Material Governance

• Piping Sovereignty: Install and maintain diverse piping networks (PVC, PPR, Steel, Cast-iron) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Leak-Free Infrastructure."

• System Architecture: Manage water supply and sewage works, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted facility operations.

• Inspection Stewardship: Perform regular preventive maintenance on all plumbing equipment, ensuring the "Source of System Longevity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Treatment Logic

• Quality Sovereignty: Conduct water treatment plant operations and chemical dosing, acting as the primary "Source of Potable Water Safety."

• Diagnosis Architecture: Utilize pipe wrenches, cutters, and plungers to troubleshoot complex issues, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for accurate problem resolution.

• Response Stewardship: Address sewage and supply issues promptly to prevent downtime, maintaining the "Source of Operational Continuity."

3. Safety Integrity & Performance Power

• Workspace Sovereignty: Maintain strict cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and tool storage, acting as the primary "Source of On-Site Safety."

• Professional Architecture: Interact with clients and colleagues with clinical professionalism, providing the "Visual Foundation" for technical excellence.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of specialized maintenance experience to diagnose and implement solutions under pressure, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in plumbing maintenance and water treatment.

• Education: Minimum of OND qualification or Trade Test certificate in Plumbing.

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency with PPR, PVC, UPVC, and Galvanized steel piping systems.

• Location Scope: Must be available for full-time work in Lagos.
