Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, stylish, and intellectually elite Personal Assistant / Content Creator to anchor the vision of our Creative Director. In the hyper-visual world of premium fashion, success is defined by "Creative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-fidelity administrative support with the clinical precision required for fashion storytelling, trend adaptation, and brand engagement. This role is designed for a "Lifestyle Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Execution Grit" (managing fittings, production timelines, and personal errands) with the "Visual Agility" required to create high-impact Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content.
Requirements:
1. Executive Orchestration & Flow Governance
Scheduling Sovereignty: Manage the Creative Director’s appointments and production timelines with clinical focus, ensuring every fitting and meeting acts as a "Source of Strategic Alignment."
Operational Architecture: Coordinate event planning, photoshoots, and brand activities with millimetric precision, acting as the primary "Source of Seamless Execution."
Liaison Stewardship: Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams with professional poise, ensuring the Creative Director is recognized as a "Source of Institutional Authority."
2. Visual Resilience & Content Logic
Narrative Sovereignty: Create high-quality fashion content (Photos, Reels, Styling) that serves as a "Source of Brand Identity" across all social platforms.
Production Architecture: Capture real-time content during fittings and daily brand activities, maintaining the "Source of Authenticity" through behind-the-scenes storytelling.
Trend Logic: Stay updated with current fashion movements and social media algorithms, adapting them with high-velocity focus to improve engagement and performance metrics.
3. Brand Diplomacy & Administrative Power
Engagement Sovereignty: Manage social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries with professional grace, acting as the "Source of Community Loyalty."
Aesthetic Architecture: Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand aesthetic during set preparation and styling sessions, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the brand’s digital perception.
Documentation Logic: Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities, utilizing 2–3 years of industry experience to provide the "Analytical Foundation" for campaign planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2–3 years of robust experience in a similar role (Fashion industry experience is a significant strategic advantage).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other visual platforms.
Execution Power: Must be comfortable running both personal and official errands for the Creative Director.
