About Company:

Wellcome Nigeria Food Co. Limited is a new fast rising snack, FMCG company, a subsidiary of CWay Nigeria, producing an outstanding snack consumable by both children and adults.

Job Description:

• Set-up, clean and adjust inspection, labeling and packaging equipment as required for proper operation, including change-over
• Operate packaging line efficiently
• Document set-up activities on both logbooks and batch records
• Guide and assist checker operators in the efficient and proper operation of equipment
• Identify major equipment problems in a timely fashion and alert mechanic for assistance
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, fluid level checks and wear inspection
• Clear jams and resolve minor problems
• Document and Pack products for Packaging Distribution Tests
• Follow all written procedures to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with current GMP.

Requirements:

• BSc in any Engineering field
• Must have experience with VFFS (vertival form fill seal) machine
• Must have knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience
