Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Officer to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our customer delivery experience. You will manage the entire lifecycle of an order from the initial confirmation call to ensuring the final package reaches the customer’s hands—while maintaining meticulous records and coordinating seamlessly with our logistics partners.

Requirements:

• Order Coordination: Actively call leads to confirm orders and schedule delivery timelines that meet customer expectations.

• Fulfillment Oversight: Work closely with the Inventory Officer to ensure every order is packed accurately and ready for transit.

• Logistics Management: Coordinate dispatch with our network of transport and logistics companies, ensuring the right carrier is matched to each delivery route.

• Tracking & Documentation: Maintain real-time tracking of all packages. Monitor fulfillment performance across different states, ensuring every dispatch is documented.

• Financial Reconciliation: Verify transfer remittances from our logistics partners to ensure financial accuracy.

• Customer Support: Serve as the point of contact for any delivery issues, providing timely updates to customers and resolving problems with speed and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in order fulfillment, dispatching, or general logistics.

• Location: Must reside in Abuja.

• Communication: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and logistics partners.

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively under minimal supervision.

• Technical Literacy: Proficient in record-keeping; familiarity with delivery tracking software or systems is a strong advantage.

• Personal Attributes: Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving logistical bottlenecks.
