ORDER FULFILMENT MANAGER AT REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER (RDC) - FLOUR MILLS OF NIGERIA PLC

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Provide just-in-time coordination of order fulfilments at all regional distribution centers in line with the set ordering pattern in the most efficient and effective way to drive Rising Stars & Innovation and other B2C Products portfolio growth agenda.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all order fulfilment route planning across all regions.
• Coordinate and review daily open order generations and fulfilments for RS & innovations + Core at all RDCs.
• Liaises with the RDC Operations manager, Logistics manager, Customer Services team and RSMs to coordinate RS & Innovation products to the Regional Distribution centers with regards to Shipment plans & trucks allocation.
• Review daily RDC order opportunities for efficient milk-run. A Milk Run is a mode of delivery used to transport mixed loads from various suppliers’ sites to designated customer.
• Provides strategic & tactical directions on scheduling mix-loading to optimize cost and meet our customer demands.
• Drive OTIF, Sales forecast adherence and off-loading efficiency, % of back-order rate for all RS & Innovation + Core products at the RDCs
• Provide monthly RDCs Sales forecast in alignment with RSMs.

Requirements:

• B.SC Degree

Experience: 

• At least 5 years’ cognate experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Have an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be team oriented, adaptable and dependable.
• Have proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Pay high attention to details.
