Job Description:

  • The Nutritionist is responsible for developing, assessing, and enhancing food and beverage products to ensure they meet nutritional standards, regulatory requirements, and customer health needs.
  • This role supports menu planning, product development, and nutrition education while aligning with the company’s brand values and wellness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, evaluate, and refine food and beverage recipes to ensure nutritional quality and balance
  • Conduct nutritional analysis and prepare accurate labeling for menus and products
  • Collaborate with kitchen, production, and product development teams to create healthy, innovative offerings
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, nutrition standards, and relevant guidelines
  • Provide guidance on portion control, ingredient selection, and food fortification when appropriate
  • Research current nutrition trends and consumer health preferences
  • Educate staff and customers on the nutritional value and benefits of products
  • Support quality assurance by monitoring ingredient sourcing and food preparation methods
  • Address customer nutrition-related inquiries and accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., diabetes, weight management, food allergies)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline with 3 years experience
  • Relevant professional certification or registration, where applicable
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or manufacturing environments is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of nutrition principles, food safety, and dietary guidelines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed nutrition reports

Working Conditions:
