Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Multimedia Designer to become the visual architect for the Zino Group. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets speed. You will be responsible for shaping our brands' aesthetic and voice across all digital touchpoints from high-stakes corporate proposals to viral social media content. If you are a master storyteller who combines traditional design mastery with the latest AI-powered creative workflows, we want you to bring our vision to life.

Requirements:

• Graphic Design: Execute high-impact designs for social media, marketing collateral, infographics, web assets, and corporate branding.

• Video Production: Lead the end-to-end production process—planning, filming, and editing both short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form video content.

• Motion Graphics: Design and animate professional titles, transitions, explainer videos, and logo animations to elevate our digital presence.

• Photography: Capture and edit professional-grade photos for corporate events, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.

• AI Creative Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Firefly, Descript) to push creative boundaries and accelerate production timelines.

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 2–5 years in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia production.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Creative Suite: Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve.

  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and CapCut.

  • AI Proficiency: Active, hands-on experience with AI creative tools is a significant competitive advantage.
