Job Description:

Leanx Support is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion & Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a multi-disciplinary designer who excels at bringing static concepts to life through fluid animation and high-impact visual storytelling. You will be responsible for defining our visual identity across digital platforms, ensuring that every piece of content from social media flyers to complex motion sequences is polished, professional, and on-brand.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition and a technical mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visual assets.

Requirements:

Visual Design & Branding

• Multi-Platform Assets: Design high-quality static graphics for social media platforms, websites, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual outputs remain consistent with company guidelines across all digital touchpoints.

• Concept Development: Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop original creative concepts.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

• Animation: Create engaging motion graphics and short video animations that drive audience engagement and explain complex ideas simply.

• Video Optimization: Edit and optimize video content tailored for different channels (e.g., Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring correct aspect ratios and pacing.

• Trend Awareness: Stay at the forefront of design trends, new tools, and emerging techniques to keep Leanx Support’s visuals modern and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: * 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or motion design.

• Technical Proficiency: * Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (for motion and video).

  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (for static design).

• Portfolio: * A strong portfolio is mandatory, showcasing a diverse range of both static graphic design and motion/animation work.

• Core Competencies:

  • Visual Communication: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.

  • Independence: Ability to manage your own workflow, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
