Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically polyglot Developer to anchor the digital infrastructure of Belyfted Limited. In the high-stakes FinTech sector, success is defined by "Uptime Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize state-of-the-art mobile experiences (Flutter) with the rigorous backend stability of bespoke order management and production systems (PHP/Laravel). This role is designed for a "Full Stack Architect" with 3 years of experience who can blend "Mobile Innovation" with the "Operational Grit" required to manage cloud-hosted databases and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

1. Mobile Experience & Flutter Innovation

• State-of-the-Art Engineering: Build and evolve high-fidelity FinTech mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring a polished UX and cross-platform optimization for iOS and Android.

• State Management & Architecture: Implement industry-standard design patterns (BLoC, Get_it) and object-oriented principles to ensure code maintainability.

• Deployment Sovereignty: Manage the full lifecycle of app delivery, from iterative design and code reviews to deployment via Google Play Store and App Store/TestFlight.

2. Full Stack Governance & Backend Logic

• Laravel Systems Architecture: Maintain and improve bespoke, in-house backend systems for order management and production workflows using PHP and the Laravel Framework.

• Database & API Engineering: Design and develop robust RESTful APIs and manage MySQL/MS SQL databases to support seamless frontend-backend synchronization.

• Automation & CI/CD: Utilize automated testing and Continuous Integration to ensure the stability of the FinTech ecosystem, minimizing technical debt and resolving bug fixes with clinical precision.

3. Strategic R&D & Collaborative Synergy

• Technical Advocacy: Research and recommend new mobile capabilities and emerging web technologies that directly benefit the client base and internal efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Diplomacy: Interact with UI/UX designers and the customer care team to translate user feedback into high-impact functional features.

• Agile Evolution: Participate in retrospectives and code reviews to regularly assess and improve team velocity and company-wide technical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent commercial experience.

• Experience: 3 years of robust development experience with a minimum of 1 year focused on Flutter.

• Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and an "Ambitious Nature" with a willingness to learn new stacks.

Core Competencies

• Architectural Grit: Demonstrable knowledge of software design patterns and test-driven development (TDD).
