Job Description:

We are hiring a Meta Ads Expert to plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of paid social advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Meta ad campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research and targeting to reach the right demographics.
• Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team for visuals.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay cost-efficient.
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on Meta platform policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable success.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working in a digital agency or with multiple clients.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
