Job Description:

• Report to the Project Services Lead or D&C Supervisor while planning and controlling all materials, marine moves, lifting operations, and waste backload to ensure the rig remains supplied and the schedule is maintained.
• Develop and execute the rig look-ahead manifest (7/14/28-day), coordinating with marine schedules, tides, daylight restrictions, and SIMOPS requirements.
• Manage inventory of OCTG, wellheads, mud and chemicals, rental tools, and spares, maintaining minimum/maximum stock levels, shelf life, and preservation standards.
• Prepare and issue pick lists, load-out plans, and lashing/lift plans, ensuring all loads are accompanied by valid certifications and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Oversee backload operations including returns, waste segregation, tracking, reconciliation, and custody of critical tools.
• Collate field tickets and perform a three-way match (Purchase Order, Goods Received Note, Invoice) supporting cost control efforts and expedite resolution of shortages.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in oilfield logistics, preferably in swamp and marine environments.
• Proven experience coordinating swamp and marine logistics operations.
• Competent and knowledgeable in lifting procedures and banksman standards.
