Requirements:
Operational Leadership & Execution
Daily Management: Lead the day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring all campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
Process Optimization: Drive operational excellence by refining marketing workflows, improving project timelines, and eliminating bottlenecks.
Performance Tracking: Implement and oversee performance metrics to monitor the health and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the central liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to align operational activities with overarching business goals.
Campaign Support: Provide end-to-end support for campaign planning, field execution, and post-campaign reporting across multiple channels.
Resource Allocation: Manage departmental priorities and team workloads in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Brand & Field Marketing Support
Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing executions align with global brand guidelines and local market nuances.
Design Support (Nice to Have): Utilize basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools to create quick, tactical visual assets like posters or flyers for field use.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Mid to Senior-level experience in Operations Management, preferably within a multinational organization.
Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with experience in Fintech or Retail (FMCG).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing operations, campaign lifecycles, and marketing technology (MarTech) stacks.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
