Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Marketing Operations Lead to anchor the execution engine of our marketing ecosystem. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the workflow and the precision of the deployment success is defined by "Marketing Sovereignty",the ability to harmonize complex initiatives with the clinical precision required for Lifecycle Messaging, Product Launches, and Scalable Growth Systems. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Systemic Grit" (mastering Jira, Confluence, and Airtable) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & MarTech Governance

  • Workflow Sovereignty: Manage end-to-end marketing operations including campaign execution and documentation, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Logic."

  • Tool Architecture: Oversee the administration and optimization of Jira, Confluence, and Lifecycle Platforms, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite team productivity.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain structured reporting systems and marketing processes, ensuring the "Source of Operational Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Delivery Logic

  • Campaign Sovereignty: Coordinate execution across social media, lifecycle messaging, and product launches, acting as the primary "Source of Timeline Security."

  • Documentation Architecture: Build and maintain the internal knowledge base and process manuals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for scalable growth.

  • Synergy Stewardship: Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Cross-Functional Alignment."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

  • Process Sovereignty: Implement and refine scalable growth systems to support expanding marketing needs, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Efficiency."

  • Optimization Architecture: Utilize 3–5 years of growth operations experience to resolve deployment bottlenecks in real-time, providing the "Relational Foundation" for successful market entry.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize PMP or Scrum methodologies to maximize the "Source of Marketing Throughput" across all digital channels.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Program Management.

  • Tool Power: Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and lifecycle messaging platforms.

  • Certification: Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Project Management (PMP, Scrum) is a significant advantage.
