Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Officer to lead our student recruitment efforts. In the world of international education, your role is more than just marketing; you are a bridge to the future for aspiring students.

You will be responsible for a dual-pathway strategy: building a vibrant digital presence to capture leads and providing expert advisory services to convert those leads into successful admissions in the UK, USA, Canada, and Ireland. If you are a creative storyteller with a "sales-first" mindset and a deep understanding of the global study abroad landscape, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Digital Ecosystem & Content Strategy

  • Multimedia Content Creation: Utilize your graphic design and video editing skills to create high-impact content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn that demystifies the study abroad process.

  • Lead Generation (SEO/PPC): Manage digital marketing campaigns—including SEO and email marketing—to identify and attract high-intent prospective students.

  • Social Community Management: Maintain an active and engaging presence across all platforms, fostering relationships with students and parents in real-time.

2. Student Conversion & Advisory Excellence

  • The Enrollment Journey: Drive sales by converting inquiries into formal applications, guiding students through program selection and admission requirements.

  • Visa & Advisory Support: Act as a subject matter expert on visa processes and international education standards, providing the clarity needed to secure successful outcomes.

  • Lead Nurturing: Use CRM systems to track student progress, ensuring consistent and professional follow-ups that increase conversion rates.

3. Outreach, Events & Market Research

  • Event Coordination: Organize and lead high-conversion events, including educational fairs, webinars, and open days.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents and international partner institutions.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest study abroad trends and competitor recruitment strategies to ensure our offerings remain elite.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3 years of proven experience in student recruitment and education consultancy.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, PPC, and CRM systems.

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the education systems in the UK, USA, Canada, and Ireland is highly desirable.

Core Competencies

  • Sales & Negotiation: Exceptional ability to "close the loop" and move leads to enrollment.

  • Communication: Sophisticated interpersonal skills to handle sensitive student and parent inquiries.
