Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals 
• Conduct market research and apply insights to shape strategy 
• Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional channels 
• Ensure brand consistency and manage daily brand perception efforts 
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for effective, cost-efficient campaigns 
• Collaborate with sales and business development to produce marketing materials that support revenue and client acquisition 
• Create marketing content and presentations for pitches and initiatives 
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI 
• Mentor and guide the marketing team 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in marketing strategy and campaign execution 
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Expertise in brand management, market segmentation, and digital marketing 
• Proficiency with CRM, digital analytics, SEO, and social media tools 
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making ability 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Creative, innovative, and adaptable to market changes 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field. A Master’s degree or certification is a plus. 
• Minimum of 7 years in marketing, including 4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
