Job Description:
Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
- Execute trade and customer-based marketing strategies for bitters, whiskey, gin, and beer brands.
- Drive bar activations, tastings, promotions, and in-market brand visibility.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, bars, clubs, hotels, and retail outlets.
- Work closely with the Sales team to achieve distribution growth and volume targets.
- Ensure brand visibility, compliance, and execution standards across all assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits and submit weekly marketing and market intelligence reports.
- Manage marketing budgets with strict ROI accountability.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Distribution expansion and outlet coverage
- Sales uplift attributable to marketing activities
- Effectiveness of market activations
- Distributor engagement and performance
- Brand visibility across key outlets
Requirements:
- Existing distributor network within Ibadan, Lagos, and Ogun State (mandatory).
- Proven trade/customer marketing experience with strong field execution.
- Deep understanding of bitters and whiskey market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in beverage, spirits, bitters, or whiskey marketing.
- Must have worked with IDeaL Company OR a Bitters or Whiskey company (herbal bitters or spirits brands).
Salary
