Requirements:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company sales goals and drive growth across our polythene product lines.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a marketing team to ensure excellence in execution, maintaining a high-performance culture focused on KPIs.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.

• Business Development: Partner with the sales team to develop actionable lead-generation strategies and strengthen our distribution networks.

• Brand Stewardship: Strengthen our brand presence through targeted B2B initiatives, ensuring our value proposition is clearly articulated to all stakeholders.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

• Performance Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management to support informed, data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing. Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or the plastics industry is strongly preferred.

• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing a marketing team toward collective goals.

• Strategic Planning: Ability to synthesize market data into long-term growth plans.
