Job Description:

Accappocco Global Services is seeking a high-performing, result-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead business growth across Nigeria’s most critical industries. This is a strategic role designed for a professional who understands the intersection of Engineering, Safety, and Environmental services.

You will be the primary driver of revenue, responsible for penetrating the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, and Telecommunications sectors. From responding to complex RFQs to securing long-term waste management and calibration contracts, you will bridge the gap between our technical expertise and the market’s needs. If you have a proven track record of converting corporate prospects into loyal clients, we want you to lead our expansion.

Requirements:

1. Business Development & Lead Conversion

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our core service pillars: Environmental Management (EIA/Audits), Calibration, and HSE Training.

• Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of compelling Business Proposals, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring technical accuracy and commercial competitiveness.

• Lead Generation: Systematically identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industrial and government sectors.

2. Service Portfolio Marketing

• Environmental & HSE Advocacy: Market technical services such as Noise Mapping, ESIA, and Integrated Safety Services, positioning Accappocco as a thought leader in compliance.

• Procurement & Engineering: Promote our engineering equipment procurement and calibration services to key stakeholders in the Manufacturing and Telecommunications industries.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct routine competitor analysis and market research to ensure our service pricing and delivery remain industry-leading.

3. Client Relationship & Network Management

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain high-level relationships with corporate executives and government officials to secure large-scale contracts.

• Brand Representation: Act as the face of the company at industry events, networking platforms, and professional seminars.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the technical and operations teams to ensure that the services promised in the marketing phase are delivered to client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Business Administration.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of marketing experience, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Engineering, or HSE sectors.

• Certifications: Professional certifications in Marketing (e.g., NIMN) or HSE are a distinct advantage.

Core Competencies

• Bid Mastery: Proficiency in proposal writing and the technicalities of tender documentation.

• Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills for C-suite interactions.

• Autonomy: Ability to operate independently and deliver on revenue targets with minimal supervision.
