Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, sophisticated, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to drive growth for our environmental and engineering service portfolio. In the industrial landscape of Lagos, success is defined by "Regulatory Persuasion", the ability to articulate the value of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and technical support services to decision-makers in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Telecoms sectors. This role is designed for a "Strategic Growth Specialist" who can blend "Professional Presentation" with the "Commercial Grit" required to secure long-term service contracts.
Your mission is to ensure "Sustainable Revenue Growth through Technical Service Advocacy." You will be the primary face of the brand: responsible for generating high-fidelity leads for waste management, equipment calibration, and HSE training. If you possess "Exceptional Negotiation Skills," a background in Environmental Science or Marketing, and a drive to earn through performance-based commissions, we want you to anchor our business development.
Requirements:
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Opportunity Engineering: Identify and nurture new business opportunities specifically for environmental monitoring, engineering, and technical support services.
Lead Conversion: Transform cold prospects into active clients by demonstrating the ROI of safety and compliance services.
Service Promotion: Champion the company’s core offerings, including waste management, HSE training, and high-precision equipment calibration.
2. Client Diplomacy & Proposal Architecture
Strategic Presentations: Conduct professional client visits and pitch presentations, tailoring technical solutions to the specific needs of corporate stakeholders.
Proposal Governance: Assist in the high-fidelity preparation of marketing proposals, quotations, and service-level presentations that win contracts.
Engagement Mastery: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners to ensure a high rate of repeat business and referrals.
3. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
Sector Analysis: Monitor Lagos industrial trends to identify emerging sectors in need of environmental and safety compliance services.
Competitive Intelligence: Gather data on competitor strategies and industry gaps to refine the company’s unique selling propositions (USPs).
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and high-level meetings with a sharp, professional appearance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years in marketing or business development (Experience in Technical or Engineering services is a major advantage).
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint for presentations) and basic proposal writing skills.
