Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing / Business Development Executive to drive growth and brand visibility within the Enugu real estate market. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales and marketing lifecycle from identifying high-potential business opportunities to closing property deals. You will combine traditional relationship-building with modern digital marketing strategies to promote our property portfolio and expand our client base in Trans-Ekulu and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of the local market and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Requirements:

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped markets for property sales and services.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging property hotspots in Enugu.

  • Networking: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate partners, individual investors, and key industry stakeholders.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute creative marketing plans tailored to highlight the unique value propositions of our property listings.

  • Digital Presence: Manage 360-degree digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and real estate portals to drive online engagement.

  • Events & Exhibitions: Organize and represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.

  • Content Creation: Prepare high-impact marketing materials, brochures, and sales presentations that resonate with prospective buyers.

Sales Execution

  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining the company’s pricing standards.

  • Target Achievement: Work independently to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in marketing and business development.

    • Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred.

    • Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Enugu real estate landscape is a significant advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling.

    • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
