Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative with a deep-seated passion for renewable energy to join our team in Wuse, Abuja. This is more than a sales role; it is a consultancy position where you will help residential and commercial clients transition to sustainable energy independence.
You will own the entire sales ecosystem—from prospecting and technical site assessments to system design and final contract closing. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of specialized experience in solar sales who can translate complex PV (photovoltaic) technology into clear financial benefits for customers.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Technical Consultation
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through networking, cold outreach, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Educational Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert, educating clients on the long-term ROI of solar energy, available government incentives, and environmental impact.
Technical Site Assessments: Conduct on-site evaluations to analyze energy consumption patterns and determine the structural/technical feasibility of solar installations.
2. Solution Design & Sales Execution
Proposal Architecture: Design customized solar energy proposals using energy usage analysis to provide accurate quotes and ROI projections.
Sales Cycle Mastery: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including high-impact product demonstrations and sophisticated contract negotiations.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and professional closing techniques.
3. Client Relationship & Market Intelligence
Post-Sales Advocacy: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, provide post-sales support, and secure referrals.
Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements in inverters/batteries, and competitor movements to position our products effectively.
Reporting & Data: Utilize Microsoft Excel for sales forecasting and performance tracking, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc/HND/B.Tech in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of consistent experience specifically in the Sales of Solar Products or Renewable Energy.
Location: Proximity to Wuse, Abuja is a significant advantage.
Availability: Must be ready to start work immediately.

Technical IQ: Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, battery storage, and energy usage analysis.
