Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively agile Marketing and Branding Lead to anchor our brand presence. In the competitive FMCG landscape, success is defined by "Narrative Dominance", the ability to turn a product into a household name through sophisticated YouTube storytelling and aggressive trade marketing. This role is designed for a "Digital-First Strategist" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "High-Fidelity Content Production" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to measure ROI across offline and digital activations.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Visibility and Accelerated Product Demand." You will be the primary architect of our public identity: responsible for YouTube channel growth, social media ecosystem management, and the execution of high-impact trade promotions. If you possess "Exceptional Creative Grit," a background in the FMCG sector, and the ability to translate market intelligence into sales growth, we want you to drive our market leadership.

Requirements:

1. Digital Architecture & YouTube Sovereignty

  • YouTube Ecosystem Lead: Own the end-to-end management of our YouTube channel—from content ideation and production to SEO optimization—to drive deep audience engagement and brand education.

  • Social Media Orchestration: Manage all social platforms to ensure a high-energy brand presence, fostering real-time customer interaction and community loyalty.

  • Demand-Driven Campaigns: Implement precision digital campaigns designed to drive traffic to retail points and generate measurable product demand.

2. Integrated Brand & Trade Marketing

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and lead high-stakes product launches and promotional activities, ensuring every campaign is "Audit-Ready" and results-oriented.

  • Trade Activation Support: Collaborate with the sales team to engineer in-store promotions and brand activations that dominate the "Path to Purchase."

  • Collateral Stewardship: Oversee the creation of high-impact promotional materials, graphics, and brand stories that resonate with diverse consumer demographics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
