Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Marketer to anchor the revenue engine of our Gwarinpa operations. In a specialized competitive landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the lead and the precision of the brand message success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize digital engagement with the clinical precision required for Field Marketing, Brand Visibility, and Lead Generation. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (hitting the field and meeting targets) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate Abuja’s diverse consumer demographics.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Visibility Governance

• Brand Sovereignty: Drive brand visibility across target demographics in Gwarinpa and the wider FCT, acting as the primary "Source of Market Awareness."

• Inbound Architecture: Implement digital and field marketing strategies with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a steady stream of high-quality leads.

• Integrity Stewardship: Represent the company’s values and messaging consistently, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Lead Logic

• Conversion Sovereignty: Turn interest into actionable leads and sales opportunities, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Growth."

• Target Architecture: Consistently meet and exceed established marketing and lead generation targets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for business expansion.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Field Marketing Expertise to navigate Gwarinpa’s business hubs in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."

3. Operational Integrity & Communication Power

• Engagement Sovereignty: Deploy persuasive and high-fidelity communication across all marketing channels, acting as the primary "Source of Client Attraction."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Relevant academic or professional qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Communication Power: Strong verbal and written communication skills with high-fidelity negotiation ability.
