Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and persuasive Marketers to anchor our commercial expansion across five critical Lagos growth hubs. In the world’s most dynamic retail environment, success is defined by "Relational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize localized consumer insights with the clinical execution required to convert prospects into long-term brand loyalists. This role is designed for a "Growth Catalyst" who can blend "Street-Level Grit" with the "Strategic Agility" required to hit aggressive conversion targets in high-density markets like Oshodi and Ikorodu.

Requirements:

1. Territory Orchestration & Lead Generation

• Hub Penetration: Execute targeted marketing drives within assigned locations (Abule Egba, Oyingbo, Oshodi, Ibeju-Lekki, or Ikorodu), ensuring the brand captures a dominant share of voice in these high-traffic zones.

• Prospecting Excellence: Identify and qualify potential leads through clinical market storming, networking, and direct engagement, building a high-fidelity pipeline of new business.

• Conversion Sovereignty: Master the "Art of the Close," translating product features into clear, value-driven benefits that resonate with the specific economic realities of each Lagos hub.

2. Brand Advocacy & Relationship Stewardship

• Narrative Engineering: Deliver high-impact product presentations and demonstrations that position our offerings as the premier solution for consumer needs.

• Customer Retention Logic: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with existing clients, ensuring "Post-Sale Satisfaction" and driving recurring revenue through referrals and upsells.

• Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing activities align with corporate standards, serving as the professional face of the organization in the field.

3. Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis

• Competitive Reconnaissance: Act as the "Eyes and Ears" of the company, reporting back on competitor pricing, new product launches, and shifting consumer preferences within your territory.

• Data Fidelity: Maintain accurate records of daily marketing activities, lead counts, and conversion rates to provide management with actionable growth insights.

• Strategic Feedback: Propose localized marketing adjustments based on the unique demographic profiles of areas like the industrial Ibeju-Lekki or the retail-heavy Oyingbo.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Candidates should possess a relevant qualification (OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business, or a related field).

• Experience: Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or brand activation is a significant advantage.

• Location: Must be able to work Full-Time Onsite in one of the specified Lagos locations (Abule Egba, Oyingbo / Oshodi, Ibeju-Lekki, or Ikorodu).

Core Competencies

• Communication Power: Elite verbal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English and local dialects (Yoruba/Pidgin) for maximum market reach.
