Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and professionally articulate Marketer to anchor the growth of Lauvee Beauty Salon in Wuse 2. In the competitive Abuja beauty and wellness sector, success is defined by "Visibility Velocity", the ability to harmonize direct field outreach with strategic corporate partnerships. This role is designed for a "Brand Ambassador" who can blend "Direct Marketing Grit" with the "Interpersonal Diplomacy" required to represent an elite salon to hotels, corporate offices, and local businesses.

Requirements:

1. B2B Outreach & Partnership Architecture

• Corporate Engagement: Execute a proactive visitation strategy to hotels, corporate offices, and local businesses to introduce Lauvee Beauty Salon’s premium services.

• Alliance Building: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with hotels and organizations to establish a steady referral pipeline for guests and employees.

• Market Penetration: Actively distribute high-fidelity flyers and marketing collateral in high-traffic zones to maximize localized visibility.

2. Client Acquisition & Growth Engineering

• Revenue Generation: Drive the primary goal of acquiring new high-value clients and increasing the salon's overall "Top-of-Mind" awareness in Wuse 2.

• Visibility Mastery: Implement creative marketing tactics to differentiate Lauvee from competitors in the Wuse 2 beauty ecosystem.

• Lead Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of various outreach channels to ensure the most productive marketing efforts are prioritized.

3. Digital Engagement & Professional Representation

• Social Diplomacy: Manage basic online promotions and client engagement across digital channels to maintain a warm and professional brand presence.

• Identity Stewardship: Ensure that every interaction—whether in person or online—reflects the salon's commitment to professionalism and elite service.

• Client Feedback: Act as a conduit for market insights, reporting back to management on client needs and competitor trends.

Professional Profile

• Experience: Previous experience in Marketing or Administration is an added advantage.

• Location: Must be based in Abuja and reside close to Wuse 2 to ensure seamless daily field operations.
