Job Description:

Requirements:

• A First Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with at least 7 years in executive leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational sustainability in a regulated financial environment.
• Strong understanding of CBN regulatory guidelines and microfinance operations.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
