Job Description:

Are you a strategy powerhouse with a knack for turning ambiguity into actionable growth? We are seeking a Manager Strategy to lead high-impact decision-making and long-term planning. You will be the analytical engine behind our market expansion, capital allocation, and product positioning, specifically within the Energy and Utilities sector.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and board-ready insights, building the financial and operational frameworks that define our competitive edge across target geographies.

Requirements:

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

  • Energy Market Analysis: Conduct deep dives into energy markets, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify growth levers.

  • Expansion Playbooks: Qualify strategic alliances and propose market entry strategies for new geographies.

  • Differentiation: Map the competitive landscape to identify "blue ocean" opportunities and differentiation tactics.

Financial Modeling & Business Analysis

  • Investment Evaluation: Build sophisticated financial and operational models to assess the profitability and scalability of new initiatives.

  • Scenario Modeling: Conduct sensitivity analysis and ROI evaluations to support "Go/No-Go" decisions for strategic investments.

  • Strategic Pilots: Partner with Innovation and Product teams to assess adjacent market opportunities and structured experiments.

Corporate Planning & Performance

  • Strategic Roadmap: Maintain the corporate roadmap, ensuring alignment between departmental activities and board-level objectives.

  • KPI & OKR Management: Establish company-wide KPIs, track performance against strategic goals, and prepare executive-level dashboards.

  • Annual Planning: Support the leadership team during annual and long-term corporate planning cycles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in Strategy, Consulting (Big 4/Boutique), Corporate Development, or Investment Analysis.

  • Technical Mastery:

    • Expert-level Financial Modeling (Advanced Excel / Google Sheets).

    • Demonstrated experience building business cases for board-level review.

    • Understanding of unit economics, margins, and complex revenue models.

  • Strategic Mindset: * Ability to structure and simplify ambiguous challenges using hypothesis-driven rigor.

    • Strong grasp of Market Entry Strategy and competitive positioning.

  • Soft Skills:

    • High degree of autonomy—essential for our hybrid (remote-first) work culture.

    • Experience collaborating with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.

  • Nice to Have:

    • Proficiency in data tools: SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

    • Experience in M&A or Corporate Development.

    • Fluency in French (highly advantageous for regional expansion).
