Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Manager for Specialised Sectors (North) to spearhead our commercial banking expansion in the region. In this senior role, you will be the architect of our growth strategy, tasked with identifying untapped opportunities, cultivating high-value relationships, and driving the end-to-end execution of our business plans. The ideal candidate possesses the "gravitas" to navigate executive boardrooms and the adaptability to engage with partners at every operational level. Requirements:
Strategic Market Development: Map out and prioritize high-potential business opportunities within specialized sectors. Formulate comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the North's unique commercial landscape.
Strategy Execution & Tracking: Lead the implementation of approved strategies. Monitor KPIs, track performance against targets, and provide data-driven reporting to ensure consistent progress.
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain meaningful relationships with executive leadership and key decision-makers. Serve as the primary face of our Business & Commercial Banking segment in the North.
Business Analysis & Planning: Utilize strong analytical skills to perform requirements elicitation and management. Assess potential solutions and validate business opportunities to ensure they align with our commercial risk and profitability benchmarks.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly within the team to generate and implement innovative banking solutions. Foster an environment of teamwork that prioritizes effective communication and factual documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: First Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in the banking industry.
