Job Description:

We are seeking an accurate, professional, and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our branch in Lagos. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be the face of the bank, responsible for ensuring every transaction is handled with precision, integrity, and excellent service. Requirements:

• Transaction Processing: Accurately handle daily deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and foreign currency exchanges.

• Cash Management: Maintain and balance your cash drawer at the start and end of every shift, ensuring precise currency counting and packaging.

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming environment, resolve inquiries efficiently, and communicate financial information with clarity and professionalism.

• Product Promotion: Actively discuss the merits of bank products (e.g., various account types, credit assets) and assist customers in the process of opening new accounts.

• Operational Compliance: Adhere strictly to bank policies, security protocols, and federal regulations for all processed transactions.

• Diverse Operations: Manage drive-through transactions and support team members in promotional activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent); applicants must be current NYSC candidates.
