Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Logistics Officer to join our team in Asaba. This role is central to our real estate operations, serving as the bridge between our office and our estates. You will be responsible for ensuring that potential clients have a seamless transportation experience during site inspections, maintaining the operational readiness of our vehicle fleet, and overseeing the physical integrity of our property assets.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined driver with a strong sense of spatial awareness and a commitment to maintaining company standards in the field.

Requirements:

Transportation & Client Relations

• Site Inspections: Safely transport potential clients and independent marketers (REDBOs) from the office or designated pickup points to various estate locations.

• Coordination: Synchronize daily with the Customer Service team to ensure that vehicles and personnel are fully prepared for all booked inspections.

• Client Guidance: Assist during the physical allocation of plots, working alongside the surveyor to ensure clients accurately identify their specific coordinates.

Fleet & Asset Management

• Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the routine maintenance, fueling, and cleanliness of all company vehicles to ensure zero downtime.

• Operational Logs: Maintain a rigorous daily log of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and the number of clients taken to site.

• Site Supervision: Act as the primary point of contact for site workers and security guards, fostering positive local community relations where necessary.

Reporting & Media Support

• Progress Updates: Provide weekly photographic and video updates of site developments to the Media Representative and Admin Manager.

• Asset Tracking: Monitor the company’s mobile and physical assets on-site to prevent loss or damage.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Driver’s Status: Must possess a Valid Nigerian Driver’s License.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.

• Availability: Must be available to resume work immediately.

Geographic Requirement

• Location: To ensure operational efficiency, candidates MUST reside within the following areas in Asaba:

  • DLA Road

  • Summit / Ibusa Road

  • Coker Junction

  • Immediate Environs
