Job Description:

The Logistics Officer at Neutriherbs Cosmetics will manage day-to-day logistics activities to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to customers. This full-time, on-site role based in Agege involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring delivery schedules, and working closely with warehouse and sales teams to meet order fulfillment timelines. 

Requirements:

• Shipment Coordination: Manage the end-to-end flow of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely arrival and dispatch.

• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversee stock movements, perform regular reconciliations, and optimize storage planning to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Operational Execution: Track delivery schedules, verify all shipping documentation, and ensure full compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.

• Vendor Liaison: Collaborate effectively with transport providers to maintain service standards and cost-effectiveness.

• Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate logistics records and generate regular performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales and warehouse teams to meet order fulfillment timelines and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse roles is required, preferably within the FMCG or cosmetics sectors.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Zoho or Shopify) is a distinct advantage.
