Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and analytically driven Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In a competitive market, success is defined by "Frictionless Distribution", the ability to synchronize warehousing, transportation, and customer service into a single, high-velocity engine. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" who can blend "Negotiation Diplomacy" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage stock levels, route optimization, and operational efficiency.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Latency Order Cycles and Peak Resource Productivity." You will be the primary steward of our movement of goods: responsible for coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, leading a high-performing warehouse workforce, and maintaining 100% compliance with ISO standards and logistics laws. If you possess "Problem-Solving Mastery," proficiency in Logistics Management Software, and a track record of meeting aggressive cost and timeliness targets, we want you to drive our operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. End-to-End Order Cycle Coordination

• Strategic Orchestration: Plan and manage the full lifecycle of logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and customer service touchpoints.

• Vendor Diplomacy: Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to optimize procurement costs and delivery schedules.

• Process Optimization: Direct and refine the order cycle to ensure that goods flow from point of origin to the consumer with maximum speed and minimum cost.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Governance

• Stock Stewardship: Keep real-time track of quality, quantity, and stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and reducing carrying costs.

• Resource Cataloging: Manage warehouse layout and cataloging of goods to improve pick-and-pack efficiency and shipment processing times.

• Workforce Leadership: Supervise, coach, and train the warehouse team to uphold high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

3. Performance Analytics & Compliance

• Data-Driven Intelligence: Maintain logistics metrics and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.

• Route & Cost Optimization: Plan delivery routes and manage transport costs to meet productivity and timeliness targets without compromising quality.

• Regulatory Rigor: Ensure all logistics activities comply with national laws, industry regulations, and ISO requirements to mitigate institutional risk.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager with a record of successful distribution management.

• Leadership: Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in standard logistics and supply chain software (ERPs, WMS).
