Job Description:

Managing premises upkeep/repairs and driving organizational vehicles safely.

Requirements:

• Premises Maintenance:

  • Diagnosing and performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.

  • Developing repair estimates, sourcing materials, and ensuring quality execution.

  • Conducting routine inspections of properties and reporting maintenance needs.

  • Supervising/supporting contractors working on-site.

• Stock Management:

  • Verifying received goods (checking quantities, packaging, and content).

  • Updating stock cards and maintaining organized, secure, and accessible inventory.

  • Performing regular physical counts.

• Driving & Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Driving in accordance with Nigerian traffic laws, MdM regulations, and safety protocols.

  • Ensuring passenger safety and proper vehicle handling.

  • Performing routine vehicle checks (oil, brakes, tire pressure, cleanliness).

  • Ensuring vehicle documentation is valid and maintained.

  • Monitoring fuel levels and keeping necessary vehicle equipment (tools, spares) in good condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in general repair (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical) and problem-solving.

• Experience: Organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong driving skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to meet the physical demands of maintenance work.
