We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate the daily transportation and logistics operations of our automobile and battery distribution company.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of vehicle movement, inventory handling, and route planning, and must be able to drive a car, bus, and motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations including deliveries and dispatches across Lagos and beyond.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods using the appropriate company vehicles (cars, buses, motorcycles).
• Monitor and track all deliveries, ensuring documentation is properly completed and filed.
• Liaise with warehouse and sales teams to schedule and fulfill customer orders.
• Maintain records of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and delivery status.
• Ensure all company vehicles used for logistics are maintained in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company transport policies.
• Report and escalate any logistics issues promptly to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or dispatch operations, preferably in the automobile or battery industry.
• Must be able to drive cars, buses, and motorcycles confidently.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Car, Bus, and Motorcycle category).
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes (Mainland, Lekki-Ajah axis, and environs).
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.

Salary

• N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
