Job Description:

We are seeking a Loan & Credit Risk Officer to evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and manage credit risk in line with our microfinance lending policies.

The ideal candidate will ensure responsible lending while maintaining portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess loan applications for individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct credit checks and risk analysis.
• Perform field visits and client assessments.
• Monitor loan performance and identify risk exposures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in microfinance or credit risk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan management tools.
