Job Description:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the L&D department aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.

  • Identify market opportunities to position L&D as a revenue-generating business unit.

  • Design innovative business models and learning solutions to enhance competitiveness.

Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain external partnerships to expand L&D’s reach and impact.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful initiatives.

  • Advocate for L&D services to organizational leadership and potential clients.

  • Represent EHA Clinics in industry forums to showcase capabilities and achievements.

Training Design & Delivery

  • Utilize advanced learning technologies to deliver high-impact training programs.

  • Develop e-learning modules, virtual training, and blended learning solutions.

  • Monitor global learning trends to continuously innovate offerings.

  • Oversee curriculum design, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and client needs.

  • Deliver leadership development programs and coordinate technical training sessions.

  • Analyze training outcomes using data insights to improve effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and professional development requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Learning & Development, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning platforms, content management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial and innovative approach with a focus on revenue growth.
