- The Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Commercial Sales diversification and growth strategy.
- The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs. The role will also co-ordinate Brokers Engagements.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement tailored insurance propositions for key segments, Mid Corporate, and Personal Lines.
- Track the performance of propositions in the market, analysing metrics such as sales volumes, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Take feedback from sales officers and work with brokers and partners to design propositions that are easy to sell and resonate with target segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow broker networks and mid-size business clientele.
- Use insights from sales data to recommend adjustments or innovations in proposition design.
- Monitor broker performance and provide feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Role Qualifications
Academic/Professional:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).
Work Experience:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products.
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align propositions with the company’s growth and diversification strategy.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and sales channels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing market trends and sales data to inform proposition development.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales tools and presentations.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure quality delivery.
