Job Description:

• Guide prospective clients in selecting the most suitable investment portfolio to help them achieve their financial goals.

• Promote the company’s pension product (Annuity) to retirees from private organizations, state agencies, and federal parastatals.

• Ensure consistent premium payments — monthly, bi-annual, and annual — from existing clients, while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships on behalf of the company.

• Educate potential customers on the benefits of life insurance and its role in financial security.

• Encourage policyholders to renew their premiums promptly to prevent policy lapses.

• Attend all required company meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

• Uphold excellent conduct, professionalism, and social etiquette as a brand ambassador of the company.

• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities.

• Be self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work effectively within a team environment.

• Deliver results with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
