We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • This role will lead the expansion and performance management of our franchise hub network.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training, managing, and scaling warehouse franchise partners across Nigeria, ensuring that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our B2B e-commerce objectives.
  • This role demands a strong understanding of last-mile logistics, third-party management, and franchise operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and setup of new hub partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train hub teams, establishing a strong foundation for operational success.
  • Manage and optimize last-mile delivery operations to meet customer expectations and company SLAs.
  • Develop and implement hub-specific SLAs, operational agreements, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage hub profitability, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and swift resolution of operational issues.
  • Drive hub partner ROI through data-driven decision-making and effective resource allocation.
  • Expand the hub network by identifying strategic locations and scaling partner operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong third-party relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service quality.
  • Regularly assess and enhance hub performance through continuous training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular order reconciliation and hub audits to ensure operational accuracy and financial transparency.
  • Develop contingency plans and troubleshoot issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in managing warehouse partners or franchise networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and build high-performance cultures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
