Job Description:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to leasing agreements, vendor contracts, financing agreements, and any other legal documents essential to the company's operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while safeguarding the interests of Capital Trust Equipment Leasing.
- Advise senior management on legal risks and ensure company operations align with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal disputes, providing counsel to resolve issues efficiently through negotiation or litigation
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required during the contract duration.
