Job Description:
- Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in IT (Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new tools
- Strong commercial awareness and logical reasoning
- Commitment to the firm’s success and alignment with its values and ethos
- Excellent interpersonal, team-working, and stakeholder management skills
- Articulate, confident, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Innovative, proactive, and able to implement strategies effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining productivity
- Flexible to work outside normal office hours when required
- Self-motivated, reliable, and demonstrates trust, loyalty, and professional integrity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law and having obtained a 2:1 or above
- Master of Laws LLM will be an added advantage
- At least Five (5) years post qualification experience with a reputable firm.
- Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) will be an added advantage.
Salary
