Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management:

2. Risk Management and Compliance:

Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:

Professional certifications (e.g., CIBN, ICAN, ACCA) are highly desirable.
Experience:

A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in banking operations, preferably within the microfinance sector.

At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing operations.
