Job Description:

We are seeking a pedagogically sharp and technically fluent IT Training Coordinator to anchor the intellectual immune system and skill-growth engine of our organization. In a high-velocity technological landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of our technical teams' adaptability and the precision of the skill-transfer filter success is defined by "Learning Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex technical curricula with the clinical precision required for Instructional Architecture, Capability-Development Governance, and Feedback-Loop Stewardship. This role is designed as an "IT Knowledge Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious Learning & Development professional who can blend "Educational Grit" (mastering the complexities of instructional design) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Training Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Learning Sovereignty & Curriculum Architecture

  • Sovereignty of the Pathway: Develop and maintain IT training curricula and learning pathways, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Fluency Throughput."

  • Instructional Architecture: Design suitable programs based on thorough needs assessments, providing the "Structural Foundation" for targeted capability growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
