Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and tech-hungry IT & Web Operations Intern to anchor the digital frontlines at our Lekki Phase 1 facility. In a fast-moving corporate environment, success is defined by "Operational Fluidity", the ability to harmonize front-end web development with the clinical troubleshooting required to keep an organization’s hardware and internal systems at peak performance. This role is designed for a "Full-Stack Generalist" with 0–1 years of experience who can blend "Coding Grit" (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with the "Service Agility" required to support non-technical staff.
Requirements:
1. Web Development & Digital Stewardship
Frontend Architecture: Assist in the development and high-fidelity maintenance of company websites, writing clean code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve user experience.
Platform Optimization: Execute content updates and layout adjustments via WordPress or other CMS platforms, ensuring every page is responsive across all browsers and mobile devices.
SEO & Performance Monitoring: Monitor website health and assist with basic SEO tasks to ensure the company’s digital footprint remains discoverable and high-performing.
2. IT Operations & Sales Enablement
Infrastructure Support: Provide tactical IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal staff, ensuring zero-delay in daily operations.
System Governance: Help manage user accounts, email configurations, and password resets, maintaining a secure and organized digital environment.
Hardware Orchestration: Assist with the installation, setup, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other office IT equipment with millimetric precision.
3. Documentation & Continuous Learning
Log Sovereignty: Maintain meticulous documentation of technical issues, website updates, and support logs to provide a clear roadmap for system improvements.
Deployment Assistance: Support the senior IT team during major system upgrades and technology deployments, gaining hands-on exposure to live enterprise systems.
Growth Mindset: Actively participate in mentorship opportunities, researching new web technologies and version control tools (GitHub/Vercel) to enhance the team’s capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (NYSC members are encouraged).
Experience: 0–1 years of practical or academic experience in technology.
Location: Must reside within a commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.
Core Competencies
Technical Grit: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and computer networking principles.
Problem-Solving Prowess: A clinical and patient approach to troubleshooting hardware and software for non-technical users.
