Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining our technical infrastructure, providing software development support, and ensuring that our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• System Maintenance: Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of organizational IT systems and databases.

• Development Support: Support the team with basic software development tasks, code debugging, and database management as needed.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system updates.

• Operations: Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure seamless workflow and minimal technical downtime across the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT, software development, or technical support.

• Technical Foundation: A strong understanding of programming principles, database management, and general IT infrastructure.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively within a team.
