Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite IT Support Specialist to anchor our digital engine in Igbariam, Anambra State. In a modern, fast-scaling enterprise, success is defined by "Connectivity Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex hardware and software maintenance with the clinical precision required for real-time troubleshooting, network governance, and cybersecurity resilience. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" with 2–5 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (installing and configuring equipment) with the "Operational Agility" required to provide first-level support that ensures "Zero-Downtime" for all departments.

Requirements:

1. Infrastructure Orchestration & Hardware Governance

  • Deployment Sovereignty: Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral IT equipment, ensuring every workstation acts as a "Source of Productivity."

  • System Stewardship: Monitor system performance with clinical attention to detail, identifying potential failure points and escalating complex issues to the IT Manager or Head of HR.

  • Asset Logic: Maintain high-fidelity IT inventory and asset records, ensuring the organization’s "Physical Infrastructure" is tracked and documented with millimetric accuracy.

2. Technical Diplomacy & Network Logic

  • First-Level Sovereignty: Provide high-speed technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, acting as the primary "Source of Resolution" for internal users.

  • Access Governance: Support email systems, user accounts, and access management, ensuring every team member has "Secure and Seamless" entry into necessary business applications.

  • Problem-Solving Power: Troubleshoot system and network-related anomalies with professional poise, reducing the time between "Issue Detection" and "Total Resolution."

3. Security Resilience & Project Architecture

  • Data Sovereignty: Ensure consistent data backup protocols and antivirus protection, acting as the facility’s "Source of Defense" against basic cybersecurity threats.

  • Project Synergy: Support system upgrades, new software installations, and special IT projects, providing the "Technical Foundation" for organizational growth.

  • Operational Grit: Manage "On-Site Technical Support" and remain flexible for extended hours when resolving critical system failures to maintain "Business Continuity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of robust experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

  • Technical Mastery: Basic knowledge of Networking, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and hardware troubleshooting.
