Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite IT Support Personnel to anchor the digital engine of our operations in Lagos. In a specialized ICT landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the network and the precision of the hardware calibration success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize first-line technical support with the clinical precision required for Network Troubleshooting, Server Monitoring, and Cybersecurity Compliance. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" specifically a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who can blend "Hardware Grit" (installing and maintaining computer systems and printers) with the "Technical Agility" required to execute Data Backup, Recovery Procedures, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Technical Governance
Sovereignty of the Support: Provide elite first-line technical support for hardware and software with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Uptime."
Configuration Architecture: Install and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-performance workspace.
Integrity Stewardship: Monitor and maintain servers and network performance, ensuring the "Source of Enterprise Connectivity" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Security Logic
Resolution Sovereignty: Troubleshoot and solve complex hardware/software faults with high-velocity precision, acting as the primary "Source of Incident Recovery."
Security Architecture: Implement data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity standards, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional data protection.
Access Stewardship: Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions, maintaining the "Source of Secure System Entry."
3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power
Audit Sovereignty: Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and system updates, acting as the primary "Source of IT Intelligence."
Procurement Architecture: Assist in managing IT inventory and the procurement of new equipment, providing the "Relational Foundation" for resource availability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft 365 and Networking expertise to accelerate the "Issue-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Digital Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 3 years of proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
Technical Power: Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux; experience with Microsoft Office 365.
Networking Mastery: Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and TCP/IP protocols.
Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL certifications are a strong advantage.
Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to cybersecurity principles.
