Job Description:

We are seeking a high-level IT Operations Personnel to serve as the backbone of our digital environment. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect and Guardian"—someone who can navigate the technical complexities of server optimization while maintaining the administrative discipline of vendor contracts and IT budgeting.

Your mission is to ensure 100% system availability and security. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our IT assets, from hardware configurations and cloud computing to the implementation of strict data protection policies (GDPR/NDPR). If you are a problem-solver who can manage multiple high-stakes projects and lead technical resolutions, we want you to govern our IT operations.

Requirements:

1. Infrastructure & Network Optimization

• System Resilience: Maintain and optimize local company networks, physical servers, and cloud environments to ensure peak performance.

• Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the installation, upgrade, and configuration of all hardware and software assets across the organization.

• Performance Analytics: Regularly assess system performance, identifying bottlenecks and recommending strategic improvements to prevent downtime.

2. Security & Data Governance

• Access Control: Manage organizational device and password protocols, ensuring robust user authorization and firewall integrity.

• Disaster Recovery: Oversee comprehensive data backup operations and system security to protect against data loss or cyber threats.

• Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all data handling, transfers, and processing adhere strictly to company guidelines and legal frameworks like GDPR and NDPR.

3. IT Administration & Vendor Management

• Contract & License Governance: Manage relationships and contracts with telecommunications companies, development platforms, and software vendors.

• Fiscal Responsibility: Control IT budgets and costs, ensuring maximum ROI on system investments and license management.

• Policy Architecture: Develop and implement internal IT policies and best practices to standardize operations and improve help desk support for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in an IT Operations or Systems Management capacity.

• Technical Depth: Thorough knowledge of Networks, Cloud Computing, and system configuration.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of data protection operations and international legislation (e.g., GDPR).

• Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
