Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite IT Operations Officer to anchor our digital engine in Lagos. In the financial services and investment sector, success is defined by "Systems Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex platform performance with the clinical precision required for data integrity, automated reporting, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with 2–4 years of experience and CompTIA A+ / Microsoft 365 certification who can blend "Technical Grit" (patch management and endpoint troubleshooting) with the "Analytical Agility" required to interpret complex financial data and manage automated workflows via Power Automate or SQL.

Requirements:

1. Infrastructure Orchestration & Security Governance

• Access Sovereignty: Maintain rigorous access control logs and support regular system audits, ensuring every entry acts as a "Source of Security" for the organization.

• Lifecycle Architecture: Coordinate high-velocity version control and patch management for key systems, acting as the primary "Source of Resilience" against vulnerabilities.

• Continuity Logic: Participate in clinical DR/backup reviews and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personnel and financial data, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in data protection.

2. Data Integrity & Analytical Architecture

• Fidelity Sovereignty: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across all systems through regular audits and validation processes, maintaining the "Source of Truth."

• Reporting Logic: Prepare high-impact periodic performance reports (KPIs, risk metrics, and departmental scorecards) that serve as the "Analytical Foundation" for executive decision-making.

• Automation Power: Recommend and implement improvements to data flow and system usage—leveraging Power Automate, PowerShell, or SQL triggers—to reduce manual intervention and increase "Operational Velocity."

3. Support Diplomacy & Financial Synergy

• User Sovereignty: Provide end-to-end user and platform support for internal systems, acting as the "Source of Resolution" for software, productivity tools, and ERP systems.

• Finance Alignment: Work synchronously with the Finance team to ensure the "Source of Alignment" between data inputs and outputs is upheld across all financial reporting cycles.

• Platform Stewardship: Monitor platform performance and log metrics with millimetric precision, providing the "Intelligence-Driven" support necessary for operational stability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are mandatory. ITIL Foundation is a strategic advantage.

• Experience: 2–4 years of robust experience in IT Operations or Data Reporting, preferably within banking, investment, or financial services.

Core Competencies

• Technical Grit: Mastery of Windows environments, domain provisioning, and endpoint troubleshooting.

• Analytical Sovereignty: Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Automation Intelligence: Experience with Power Automate, PowerShell, and supporting Order/Asset Management Systems (OMS/AMS).
