Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber IT Manager to anchor the technological backbone of our hospitality operations across our Head Office and restaurant outlets. In the fast-paced food and beverage sector, success is defined by "Zero-Downtime Continuity", the ability to ensure that Point of Sale (POS) systems, digital ordering platforms, and network infrastructures operate with 100% reliability. This role is designed for a "Techno-Operational Lead" who can blend "Infrastructure Grit" with the "Asset Governance" required to manage a distributed network of hardware and software.

Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Transactional Flow and Data Integrity." You will be the primary architect of our technology ecosystem: responsible for multi-outlet support, CCTV security, POS synchronization, and the rapid deployment of IT infrastructure for new branch openings. If you possess "Problem-Solving Mastery," a deep understanding of Network Security, and the leadership ability to train diverse teams, we want you to drive our operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. POS & Restaurant Systems Orchestration

• Transactional Integrity: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and real-time troubleshooting of Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring order processing and billing are never interrupted.

• Menu & Data Synchronization: Coordinate menu uploads, pricing changes, and data mapping between POS systems and digital sales channels (Online Ordering/Delivery Platforms).

• Multi-Outlet Support: Develop and manage a responsive helpdesk system for outlets to report issues, supported by periodic technical "health checks" to prevent system failures.

2. Infrastructure & Security Governance

• Network Resilience: Manage stable internet connectivity and high-performance network configurations (Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN) across all business locations.

• Cybersecurity & Access: Implement and monitor cybersecurity best practices, managing user permissions and rigorous data backup/recovery protocols to protect company information.

• CCTV & Physical Security: Ensure 100% functionality of surveillance systems, maintaining storage capacity and providing technical retrieval support for security investigations.

3. Asset Stewardship & Growth Engineering

• New Outlet Deployment: Lead the complete technology setup for new restaurant launches, from hardware installation to system integration, ensuring "Launch-Ready" status.

• Asset Lifecycle Management: Maintain a comprehensive IT asset register, tracking the movement and health of laptops, tablets, POS terminals, and networking devices.

• Audit & Compliance: Conduct periodic IT audits to verify software compliance, identify system inefficiencies, and recommend high-impact technology upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in IT Management, specifically in a multi-outlet retail or hospitality environment.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of POS software, Network Infrastructure, CCTV maintenance, and Cloud integration.

Key Competencies

• Operational Grit: Ability to handle high-pressure troubleshooting and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

• Vendor Diplomacy: Strong skills in procuring IT equipment and managing relationships with service providers.
